Where are my notes stored?
On your iPhone only. Gravitas has no accounts and no servers. Your notes are included in your iPhone’s iCloud or computer backup, the same as other apps.
How do I get a deleted note back?
Open Settings › Recently Deleted in Gravitas. Notes, projects and events stay there for 30 days before they’re removed for good.
How do I use Siri?
Say things like “Take a note in Gravitas” or “Add a note to my Work project in Gravitas”. To let Siri save notes however you phrase them, turn on Siri in Gravitas Settings.
Dictation isn’t working
Check that Microphone and Speech Recognition are allowed in Settings › Apps › Gravitas.
How do I show my Apple Calendar?
Turn on Apple Calendar in Gravitas Settings and allow calendar access. Gravitas only reads those events and never changes them.
How do I add widgets?
Touch and hold an empty spot on your Home Screen, tap Edit, then Add Widget, and choose Gravitas. Gravitas also has Control Center controls for a new note and dictation.
I’m not getting reminders
Make sure notifications are allowed in Settings › Apps › Gravitas › Notifications.
How do I share or export a note?
Open the note and use the share button. Tables can be exported as CSV or Excel files.
